The Advisory Board of the Faculty of Medicine works closely with the Career Development Center (CDC) of the University of Prishtina in:

• identifying labor market needs and required professional competencies,
• developing internship programs and employment opportunities for students and graduates,
• involving employers in career orientation and counseling activities, and
• supporting employability initiatives and the transition from studies to the labor market.

This cooperation aims to establish sustainable career development mechanisms within academic units.
