Prof ass Zana Sllamniku Dalipi started working as an assistant at the Faculty of Medicine, Department of Dentistry, Department of Oral Diseases in February 2000, where at the same time she continued working as a clinical doctor in the Clinic of Oral Diseases at the University Clinical Center of Dentistry of Kosovo. From 2005, she continued working as a specialist in Periodontology and Oral Medicine. In the framework of continuing specialist education in the field of Periodontology and Oral Medicine, she was trained at the University Clinical Center in Sarajevo. She obtained the title of Master of Science in Dentistry in 2007, and Doctor of Science in 2013.

She is the author and co-author of many scientific publications, monographs, active participant in many domestic and international conferences, as well as invited as a speaker at congresses and conferences to give her scientific-professional contribution.

In the framework of teaching training, she has successfully completed: Science engagement program UWE Bristol, teaching in higher education and planning and implementation of teaching in higher education.

She won the best poster award in March 2015 in Dubai, UAE, at the International Conference and Exhibition on Dentistry.

She was a member of the Ethics Board of the Ministry of Health, a member of the Central Board for specialist education in the Ministry of Health of Kosovo, a member of the Clinical Center Specialistic Committee, in University Clinical Center of Dentistry of Kosovo, chair of the Ethics Committee - Chamber of Dentists of Kosovo, deputy head of the Catedra of Periodontology and Medicine and mentor for years of specialists in the field of Periodontology and Oral Medicine.

Successfully completed the high professional training course minimaster level implantology-periodontology-regenerative-prosthetics organized by Universita Dellaquila nel Paese Delle Aquile in Tirana. From 2016-2022, she served as Head of the Periodontology and Oral Medicine Department.  She is a member of the Central Board for specialist education in the Ministry of Health of Kosovo and a member of the Chamber of Dentists of Kosov

Currently she is Vice-Dean for Finance and Infrastructure at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Prishtina and Assistant Professor in Periodontology and Oral Medicine.
